- Applicable national laws of the host country
- Relevant international legal and compliance standards
- The governing jurisdiction applicable to Shaker Global Holdings Ltd., including UBBI jurisdiction

Access to the Shaker International Poverty Reduction Ecosystem
Upon formal approval, the host country is granted structured access to a proprietary international platform known as the Shaker International Poverty Reduction Ecosystem.
This ecosystem is a state-of-the-art, multi-layer humanitarian and development framework, integrating:
- Advanced digital infrastructure
- Scalable poverty-reduction models
- Education, family support, and social resilience systems
- Cross-border institutional coordination tools
Access to this ecosystem is extended at the national leadership level and is designed to support long-term, large-scale impact across multiple sectors simultaneously, rather than isolated or short-term interventions.

- Independent in governance and execution
- Non-political and non-partisan
- Not affiliated with any political party or electoral process
The initiative does not seek to influence domestic politics or governance structures. Its mandate is humanitarian, developmental, and institutional in nature.

The initiative reserves the right to pause, suspend, or withdraw operations if legal clarity, institutional integrity, or operational security cannot be maintained.
Founder’s Vision
Operation Bangladesh represents the vision of Morad Shaker— a belief that one individual, guided by honest work, discipline, and service to God, can build systems capable of uplifting millions.
It is driven by a commitment to place personal comfort aside and apply talent, resources, and global infrastructure to serve the forgotten children of God—across under-developed and under-served communities—at scale, sustainably, and with dignity.
Institutional Purpose
Operation Bangladesh exists to demonstrate what is possible when vision, structure, technology, and responsibility are aligned—delivering long-term impact to millions, across borders, through lawful, structured, and leadership-driven cooperation.
